MICRO SCLEROTHERAPY
WHAT IS MICROSCLEROTHERAPY?
Microsclerotherapy is a non-surgical medical procedure used to treat small spider veins and thread veins on the legs. It involves injecting a liquid chemical solution (sclerosant) directly into the affected vessels using a tiny needle, causing the vein walls to collapse and fade as the body naturally absorbs them
THE PROCEDURE
Over time, your body naturally absorbs the collapsed vein, improving the appearance of the skin.
As the solution is injected, the veins may fade briefly before becoming more noticeable again, which is a normal part of the process. They can look slightly red for a few days or weeks as they break down, and final results appear gradually over time.
The treatment uses a series of very small injections and may cause only a light stinging or mild, short-lived discomfort. Most appointments take just 30 to 60 minutes.
POST-PROCEDURE
After your treatment, you will beasked to wear compression stockings .
We recommend wearing this for seven days to aid healing and improve your results.
